DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE RETURNS
Adversarial Fashion offers a 100% print guarantee. In the event your product or your customers product is damaged or defective, our Creators will need to contact Kin Custom by submitting a "Return Request" through the instructions below. You must contact Adversarial Fashion within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect.
Adversarial Fashion will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a new Product sent to you at no additional cost. Adversarial will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request for a new Product along with an explanation of its decision.
Adversarial Fashion will not honor defect requests which are attributed to customers' size concerns or intentional damage. Please review our sizing charts on each item before orders are placed to ensure our sizing meets your needs.
For reprint requests or return by mail, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the email you used to make your purchase and find your order receipt.
2. Hit "reply" to submit a request.
3. If approved, you will be provided an address at which to return the items. Securely pack the merchandise, making sure to include the packing slip or order confirmation. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials if possible.
4. Mail your return package to the location provided by Adversarial Fashion from any postal carrier of your choice.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATIONS; ALL PURCHASES FINAL
Due to the customized, made-to-order nature of the Products you have ordered, no modifications or cancellations are accepted after an order has been sent to the printer, typically 1-2 days from the time the order is placed. We will do our best to modify or cancel orders if customer alerts us before the printer receives the order by emailing at adversarialfashion at gmail.com or by replying to your emailed receipt as soon as possible. Cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed.
If this request comes after the item has already been sent to print, your order shall be non-refundable and final, and no modification requests will be honored or permitted except where it meets the conditions above.
You acknowledge and agree that ordered Products produced by us for you are custom goods. In any scenario other than where a Product is defective or damaged pursuant to the Damaged & Defective Returns section of this Agreement, you have no right to cancel any order or return any Products and all orders, once accepted by Adversarial Fashion, are final.
